Our consultants will begin with an assessment of your needs to better understand your Business and your IT process improvement objectives.

At the end of this assessment, we will present an IT process improvement strategy including one or several process focus areas, and a high level financial analysis presenting your expected benefits.

Execution approach

Following this assessment and your agreement to proceed, our consultant will structure and launch IT process improvement projects for the identified focus areas. Each project will have a duration of 3 to 6 months depending on the complexity of the problem to be solved.

Our consultants will use tools that fit your specific needs and organizational readiness (for instance: Lean Sigma, Six Sigma DMAIC or DFSS, CoBit, etc...).

On-going support

Once the improvements and the control mechanisms are in place, we offer a long-term service agreement where our consultants will audit your improvements on an annual base. This audit will give you the assurance that the improvements are delivering the expected results.
